Webtoon ‘A not so fairytale’ X LEE CHANGSUB Collaboration Track ‘Heavenly Fate’

A work inspired by the traditional fairy tale of the fairy and the woodcutter, it tells the story of a 21st-century fairy’s bloody revenge, hatred, and love in her quest to retrieve her winged robe.

The title track ‘Heavenly Fate’ from Can’s debut album in 1998 has been reborn in 2024 as a collaboration track with Lee Changsub for the Naver Webtoon ‘A not so fairytale’.

Lee Changsub, a member of BTOB who has been consistently loved and celebrates his 12th debut anniversary this year, has shown a more mature aspect as a vocalist through ‘Heavenly Fate’.

The song starts with a tense string orchestra, leading into Lee Changsub’s poignant voice, with guitar sounds echoing as if answering the lyrics, and Changsub’s vocal delivery, calm yet intensely emotional, fully embodying the meaning of ‘Heavenly Fate’ with a rich completion.
