(G)I-DLE’s Miyeon ‘Dreaming About You’ released!

‘Replay’ is the work in which Miyeon made her acting debut. The drama beautifully portrays a pure first love romance, where the female protagonist Hayoung, played by Miyeon, is a popular YouTuber and high school band vocalist, known for her innocence and honesty. She experiences romantic feelings along with Chan-yeong (Kim Min-cheol) and Ji-hoon (Hwi-young).

The theme song for Hayoung, ‘Dreaming About You,’ starts with a gentle piano melody, evolving into a rich sound of electric guitar, drum beats, and strings. This emotional ballad is made more poignant with Miyeon’s voice, expressing subtle yet complex feelings towards Chan-yeong and Ji-hoon, enhancing the immersion in the drama.

The song also features the hitmaker producer team AIMING, who have worked with talented artists such as MC The Max, ASTRO, MONSTA X, K.Will, Gaho, and N.Flying. They contributed to making this track that highlights Miyeon’s emotional voice.
