Shin Yong-Jae’s first solo studio album [Dear]
After about a two-year hiatus, Shin Yong-Jae returns with his first solo studio album [Dear], 12 years after his debut.
[Dear], a word often used at the beginning of a letter, meaning ‘dear’ or ‘precious’, is an album filled with gratitude and untold stories for the precious fans who have waited during Shin Yong-Jae’s hiatus.
Shin Yong-Jae took on the entire production of his first solo studio album [Dear], participating in writing and composing the title tracks ‘First Line’, ‘Star’, and other tracks like ‘Secret Forest’, ‘La La Land’, showcasing his lyrical, delicate sensibility and his expanded and deepened musical growth.
The 10-track album [Dear] consists of songs like the contrasting title tracks ‘First Line’, ‘Star’, and ‘Day by Day’, ‘Permission’, ‘La La Land’, collaborated with Kim Won-joo, a former member of 4MEN, showcasing Shin Yong-Jae’s wide musical spectrum and diverse charm.
